Frequently asked questions

What counts as a revision?

  • Revision round includes: typography, spacing, section ordering, header/footer polish

  • Excludes: new layout direction from scratch, new template type, major data reshaping

Can I request for a custom template?

For any inquiry or custom template inquiry please email us with attachments at

inquire@litpdf.com

Include in the email:

Subject: SHOP_NAME - Custom Template

Attach your PDF with sample metafields mapping and labels so that we can work on it faster. Also mention your color schemes as it is better to list your hex codes rather than us using a color picker.


It normally takes us a day or two to review it. Once reviewed, you need to subscribe to the Custom Plan.

Can this export to PDF all of my pages?

Yes it can export to PDF all product pages. If you are looking into exporting pages other than products - like articles maybe please reach out to us about your use case. You most probably fall under the Custom Plan.

Can we add this app in a product without buying any plan just for checking?

Yes, you can install the app on a store without a plan, but you may not be able to use all features. You can only test download twice. If you have specific use cases, we may extend a free trial for you. If you need more time to explore the app, email us at inquire@litpdf.com for any questions.

Can I bulk print my products?

No. This app is specifically for one-by-one product PDF printing. You might be looking for "Catalog" software.

Can I use metafields?
